Acceptance of Your Order We ship jewelery only to accounts that we have established and upon the the terms we have set at our sole discretion. Product Availability We will notify our customers within 1 business day of any items which are not in stock, that have been discontinued or items which have a price discrepancy upon receipt of the customer's order, or if we are unable to ship the items for any other reason. If the items a customer orders are out of stock, they will be notified by telephone or email and your salesrep will attempt to offer a similar substitute or an estimate of when the ordered item will be back in stock. Shipping We endeavor to ship all customer orders same day or by next working day, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery of in-stock items. All shipments will be fully insured. It is therefore important that all customers inspect their package for signs of tampering or damage to the package upon receipt or prior to signing for the package. Please note: We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage upon receipt before signing for the package.

General Return Policy Applicable to both Gold & Diamond/Silver & Diamond Within 30 days of Purchase: RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Tags should still be on the merchandise and the merchandise needs to be in its original condition. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. *Bulk purchases and seasonal items are subject to review.
Note :
1) Customer will not be charged a price difference for exchange. 2) Original condition means the same condition in which the merchandize was sent. The merchandise must not show any signs of alteration, usage, sizing or damage. 3) Returned merchandize must be received by us before the expiry of the 30 day or dates given above in different scenarios. 4) Special orders and closeouts are exceptional to the above policy RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

Validity of these Terms If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement will be governed and enforced under the laws of the State of Georgia, as though made and to be fully performed there. All litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement or any Gold-N-Diamonds Inc. sale must be commenced and pursued in Fulton County, Georgia
